Janathakshan GTE Ltd, a dedicated non-profit organization, aimed to expand their goals and objectives through a dynamic online platform. The requirement was to design a website that not only communicated daily updates and publications but also showcased their projects to investors in a visually appealing manner.

Step 1: Requirement Gathering
Initially, I engaged in a detailed requirement gathering phase with Janathakshan GTE Ltd to understand their core objectives and needs. This step was crucial to align the project scope with their organizational goals.

Step 2: Designing the Figma Layout
Based on the client’s brand identity and previous website elements, I designed a Figma layout that emphasizes brand colors and ensures easy readability. This step involved:

Crafting a layout that enhances user experience while being aesthetically pleasing.

Step 3: Website Development
After finalizing the design and incorporating feedback from UI/UX clarifications, I began developing the website using WordPress and Elementor. Customizations were applied to adhere to the design specifics laid out in the Figma files.

To ensure the website delivered optimal performance, I focused on:

Improving the website’s GTmetrix performance metrics, ensuring it performs efficiently across all devices.
